Your submission will not be considered without payment and the form being filled out and submitted and all applicants must be 18 years or older. (When making your application, please ignore concession restrictions.) 

The Waterford Film Festival was established in 2007 by local filmmaker Stephen Byrne, to bring something new Waterford's arts and cultural scene, promoting local and national independent filmmakers and writers. For the past nine years the festival has screened hundreds of films from filmmakers around the world as well promoting writers in the short screenplay competition. Filmmakers from across Ireland, UK, Europe, Canada and USA have attended the festival. The festival is now in its 10th year and Garter Lane Arts Centre will be hosting the event from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th November. For the third year running, filmmakers and festival goers will see the films screened on a full sized cinema screen, with Dolby Sound.
