Inspirational Dance Classes are run in conjunction with Down Syndrome Ireland Waterford Branch for young people aged 14yrs + upwards for young people with a disability and delivered by dance artist, Dee Grant.

Developmental Dance Class : 4:30-5:20pm
Re:Starting from 14th JANUARY, a weekly class for developing and enhancing young people’s social & creative skills in a relaxed dance environment. Classes will be interactive & develop body confidence, imagination and promote stronger sensory and cognitive ability.
Choreography Class : 5:30-6:30pm*
Re:Starting from 14th JANUARY, a weekly class for Traces Dance members to bring ideas to and develop new work in a highly-charged creative environment.
*This is a fast paced class and is not for beginners or for some level of disabilities/needs.
