A series of workshops dedicated to unlocking your creativity through writing…
This 4-week workshop programme will explore writing as an artform but also as a means to unlocking your own thoughts, ideas, fears and dreams. How can we use writing, words and language as mindfulness? Participants will receive access to a weekly downloadable pack consisting of writing prompts and ideas, work from other writers and artists to inspire and discuss, writing techniques to unlock creativity and tips on how to begin your own creative practice. There will be the opportunity to participate in a private group to further discussions and interact with fellow participants
