Omega Three are a four-piece band, Francie White on vocals, Gerry Power on guitar, Gerry Madden on the mandolin and bassplayer Mickey Dower.
Over the past year or two, they have had guest musicians and friends join them on different occasions and last year decided to bring everybody together and play in Waterford’s Theatre Royal as The Omega Three Orchestra. This was a great success and following requests for more of the same, The Omega Three Orchestra featuring the band plus Mick Kinsella, Alan Coonagh, Dylan Bible and Suzanne Rowe reunite for a gig in Garter Lane Theatre, Waterford on Thursday 31st August 2023 at 8pm.
Expect an eclectic night of music from Swing, Jazz to Blues and lots more with tunes from Cuba, Brazil, Eastern Europe, America and Canada.
