Brendan graduated from Crawford College of Art & Design in 2001.
His work is part of private and public collections. Working in oil on canvas and pencil on paper his work is inspired by observation, music, film, classic and modern literature.
Butler expands on narratives to create a world in which he questions the many facets of human behaviour, exploring unseen and sometimes obscured elements hidden within the human psyche.
