Yes, Garter Lane theatre is wheelchair accessible, we have several seats available for our audience members with additional needs. You cannot purchase these tickets on our website they must be purchased in person or with the box office by phone on 051-855038. PLEASE NOTE: Wheelchair accessible seating will be released 1 week prior to the performance. |
What are the opening times for the box office? |
The opening times are Tuesday- Saturday 11.00am- 5.30pm, on show days the box office will be open from 11.00am- until 15 mins before start time of the performance. |
What happens after I book my tickets online? |
When you have booked your tickets you will receive a confirmation email, on receipt of your ticket confirmation email, please check the details are correct. If there are any problems, please call the Box Office for clarification. We are moving towards paper-less ticketing. Whether you purchase online or over the phone your tickets will be emailed to you. You do not need to print off the confirmation email, just bring your smart phone with you, we can check the confirmation email from there. If you don’t have a smart phone no need to worry as box office can print off a paper ticket, you for you. |
How do I find out when to arrive and when the show starts? |
Please refer to your confirmation email which will give you the show start times. We would advise that you arrive at least 15 mins before the performance is due to start. Can I receive a refund for my tickets? |
Once purchased, tickets can only be refunded in the event of a show being cancelled or a change of date and time. |
I have tickets and want to exchange them for another performance is that possible? |
Provided there is availability, it should be no problem to change your booking to another performance of the same show up to 24 hours before the performance you originally booked for. Please note that ticket prices will vary depending on the day so you may be asked to pay for the difference (weekend performances are generally dearer tickets than mid-week). |
Can I purchase tickets at the box office on the evening of a show? |
Yes, if the show is not sold out and there are tickets available you can purchase tickets on the evening of a show. |
Does Garter Lane have a latecomers policy? |
Each performance will have its own latecomers policy, generally for plays latecomers will not be admitted after the start time of a performance, we can seat latecomers during the interval if there is one during the play. For music and film, we do endeavour to seat all latecomers where possible with as little disturbance as possible to the rest of the audience. |
