Join us for a heart-warming Christmas movie screening of The Grinch (2018)
The Grinch is a vibrant animated adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ beloved holiday classic. The story follows the grouchy, green Grinch, a cynical grump who despises Christmas and lives in isolation with his loyal dog, Max, in a cave above Whoville. Annoyed by the Whos’ festive cheer, he devises a plan to steal Christmas by taking their decorations, gifts and food.
However, his scheme is disrupted by Cindy Lou, a kind-hearted young girl who seeks to help her overworked mother. Through her compassion and the Whos’ enduring holiday spirit, the Grinch’s heart is changed by Cindy Lou’s generous holiday spirit, leading him to embrace Christmas and find joy in community.
Funny, heart-warming and visually stunning, it’s a universal story about the spirit of Christmas and the indomitable power of optimism.
