Management Reserves the Right to Refuse Admission:
A Policy for The public, our Patrons and the Artists who engage with and frequent the Centre’s two venues.
To ensure a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all visitors, artists, performers, staff, and volunteers, Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the premises at its discretion.
Admission may be refused or a visitor may be asked to leave for reasons including, but not limited to:
* Disruptive, disorderly, or unsafe behaviour
* Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory conduct toward staff, artists, performers, or guests
* Intoxication or being under the influence of illegal substances
* Failure to follow venue policies, event guidelines, or staff instructions
* Possession of prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items
* Unauthorized recording, photography, or interference with performances or exhibitions
* Exceeding venue capacity or attempting to access restricted areas
The Arts Centre is committed to providing an inclusive environment and does not discriminate based on race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by law.
By entering the Arts Centre, visitors agree to comply with all policies and staff directions. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises without refund where applicable.
