This weekly drop-in class is an opportunity to connect with your creativity and your body in a supportive, playful environment. We are growing a lovely community of like-minded dance lovers and adults of all levels of experience, ages and genders are welcome. If you’re unsure, please get in touch.
Structure:
In each class we will warm up and try out new skills before learning a short routine. The routine is different every week so you never have to worry about missing a class. The focus is on self-expression and enjoyment, not perfection – this is definitely a pressure-free place!
IMPORTANT:
There are no refunds or class transfers possible once you have booked your space.

What to Wear
I like to dance in loose fitting clothes, this could be tracksuit pants, linen trousers, martial arts pants, PJ bottoms (yes really!) or leggings. And a t-shirt or long sleeve. A top layer (jumper, hoodie) and socks. Wear whatever you can move and feel happy in.
