Originally from North Dublin, Aisling Dennis and Naoise O’Brien are a queer couple who met while studying music in college and have now been playing music together for almost 10 years. Alana Daly Mulligan
Alana Daly Mulligan is a multi-award-winning spoken-word artivist, journalist, filmmaker, and producer, raised on both banks of the River Suir in the Southeast of Ireland. Of Déise extraction but shaped by the currents of a liminal landscape, their work is a visceral interrogation of queer life in Ireland—amplifying voices, agitating for justice, and championing radical acceptance from local pubs to international platforms.
As a performer, Daly Mulligan has brought their words to bars, theatres, and festivals from Cork to New York, sharing stages with the likes of Stephen James Smith, Shane Koyczan, Nile Rodgers, and Dolly Parton. Their work has travelled across four continents—published, screened, taught on university syllabi, and archived for future generations.
