Young Critics is back!!!

Waterford Young Arts Critics is a free, fun & exciting opportunity for young people from 13-17 years old to meet, take part in and have their say on the arts events, activities and festivals in Waterford and Beyond!

Please feel free to join in at any stage of the year, we try something new each and every week, all you need is an interest in the arts, regardless of whether you have the chance to do it in school!



Highlights from 2023 have been:

  • An Exhibition in our Front of House Space exploring the theme of ‘Time’
  • Creating a Stop-Motion-Video for Waterford City and County Council’s ‘Climate Action Project’
  • Attending Drag + Draw
  • Assistant Facilitation at SprÓg
  • Hosting ‘Tiny Tours’ at Waterford Gallery of Art
  • …and so much more!
