Brazilian Yoga Dance is a powerful tool for cultivating mindfulness and emotional balance.
Brazilian Yoga Dance combines the flow and mindfulness of yoga with the rhythm and movement of Brazilian dance.

The class is led by Sandra Camargo, who is teacher of samba and others style of Brazilian dance, a massage therapist, Master in Mindfulness and Multiples intelligence, and yoga teacher certified by The Yoga Institute of Mumbai, India, the world’s oldest yoga school.

Don’t let the words yoga or dance deter you; previous experience is not needed to take part (and have a lot of fun) in this class, all you need to do is bring is an open mind.
Every Tuesday between 7pm to 8pm, starting March 25th.

What to Wear: Loose comfortable clothes, long trousers/leggings and socks are recommended.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, bottle of water.
